Vince Cable has come under fire by online commentators after he criticised a future UK/US post-Brexit trade deal by saying that the USA will be:
“Looking for (USA) private sector to have a bite of NHS contracts. That’s what they [USA] wanted when negotiating TTIP and that’s what they’ll want after Brexit.”
In 2014 Cable said he was “genuinely baffled” by fears that the US private sector could get implicated in the UK NHS under any trade deal.
Cable's massive u-turn shows an out-of-touch wannabe-popular politician clinging onto the toff-elite anti-Brexit agenda to suit his own party, and clearly, not his own feelings claims online commentators.
