Convicted Migrant who Sexually Abused a 10-Year-Old has Asylum Status Granted

A Palestinian migrant, convicted of sexually abusing a young ten-year-old girl, has been given asylum status even though he has a criminal record dating back to when he first arrived in Germany.

The migrant is from Palestine but claimed to be from Syria, he then tried to rape a ten-year-old girl and was then prosecuted in a court for abusing a child in Tübingen and was sentenced to stay in prison for five years.

Many were angered at the fact the German Federal Office of Refugees and Migration (BAMF) gave the migrant asylum last April.
