Just the other week the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) said the Labour party was guilty of "unlawful discrimination". In a shocking turn of events a Young Labour Conference has stated that White, Straight men are BANNED from attending!
The decision to undertake this ban has been widely criticised by opposition MP's and comes on the back of a conference where white people were to be charged more than those attending from ethnic backgrounds regardless of their economic status which was then ruled illegal by the EHRC.
A spokesperson for the Labour Party insisted there was “nothing new about spaces for people with protected characteristics meeting to discuss the inequalities and obstacles they face”.
Tory Deputy Chairman James Cleverley responded by saying: “This is yet another example of discrimination by Labour. Their lazy assumption that straight white men can’t fight for equality is shocking".
