Unity has sent a simple request to Theresa May: Get us OUT of the EU now, and don’t give them a penny more!
It is vital that we send a message to Downing Street; that the British people will not be fooled, we want out of the EU now, without sending the elites billions of the British taxpayers’ money. If you agree, sign up here.Read more
Theresa May and her cabinet have signalled their greatest surrender yet to the EU elite, by submissively agreeing to pay a hefty £50 billion fee to Europe for Britain to leave the EU, this is unacceptable; sign up here if you agree.
Unity wants to unite the UK, as we leave the EU. We also want to ensure that we get out the EU now, and not pay a penny more. Though, it is now clearer than ever, that Theresa May and her colleagues wish to put the financial interests of the European Union first, before their own country, the United Kingdom.Read more
On Friday the 24th of November, Unity attempted to confront the EU elites directly at the EU commission office in Edinburgh. Sadly, they refused to answer the door to our calls. Their hide-away attitude reflects their unwillingness to confront ordinary working people.
We at Unity want to ensure that we unite the UK, as we leave the EU - that’s why we felt the need to send a message to the EU elites directly; We want out now, and we’re not giving them a penny more. It’s imperative that you sign up, if you haven’t already by clicking here.Read more
Nicola Sturgeon is attempting to use her power as First Minister of the devolved assembly in Edinburgh, to derail our exit from the European Union.
Nicola Sturgeon and her separatist colleagues seem to forget that more people in Scotland voted to leave the EU, than voted for her to be First Minister. It’s also fact that without the ‘Leave’ votes of Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland we would not be exiting the EU.
The decision for us to leave the EU was one that was made as a unified Kingdom. Nicola Sturgeon does not argue that Glasgow should leave the United Kingdom because it voted ‘Yes’ in the separatists’ referendum of 2014, therefore the same argument applies to Scotland; it voted as part of the UK, and the UK’s decision was to leave the EU, so it must be respected.Read more
Theresa May has made clear she is willing to "lay down extra money to meet the EU’s €60bn divorce bill demands if the bloc’s leaders can guarantee the widening of talks to trade and the terms of a transition period. " - The Guardian 24/11/17
We at Unity say that enough is enough... Get us out of the EU now! On the 23rd of June 2016 the overwhelming majority of people across the UK voted to leave the EU and all of its institutions.
Why over 18 months later are we still hanging around wanting to pay them more money? Theresa May appears to be getting more and more side-tracked by hostile remainers and the elitist media while the Eurocrats like Juncker, Tusk and Barnier continue to put the best interests of Europe at heart.Read more
The United Kingdom is a strong country. A country that has stood on its own before, and can again – worldwide beyond the shackles of the European Union. The UK has a resilient attitude, and has always been open for business, this will not change once we leave the EU.
The UK went through two World Wars, and at one point was isolated in its fight against Nazism.
The United Kingdom will establish trading links on our own, globally – just like we did before we joined the EU.
The Remainers constantly talk Britain down as if we are a weak and non-important country. They forget we are a permanent member of the UN security council. The UK is also a nuclear power, and let’s not forget – we are an economic powerhouse, and that is not thanks to a declining European Union.Read more
We believe in the United Kingdom and what it can achieve in a post-Brexit world. Northern Ireland is an integral part of the United Kingdom and we believe it should remain so.
This cannot be said without considering the troubled history of the province where many lives were sadly lost and here on the mainland. It also cannot be denied that major demographic shifts are also taking place in Northern Ireland whereby the previous Unionist majority appears to be in decline.
Leaving the European Union is being used by forces to whip up feeling and anger we had hoped would have been consigned to the past in Northern Ireland. There is an element in Northern Ireland who would like to see a United Ireland at all costs and we do not seek to engage in that argument.
The Chancellor, Phillip Hammond, is demanding that Britain pays out billions more to the European Union. This comes as the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, says that Britain “must pay out”.
Phillip Hammond was a prominent Remainer during the EU referendum. He now wants us to up the bill, and fork-out billions to fund the pockets of the EU elites, who are currently in charge of every aspect of the European Union.
Phillip Hammond is insisting that Britain must pay a heavy fee for leaving the European Union, thus condemning the British taxpayer to a hefty fine for expressing their democratic right to leave the EU, this is unacceptable.Read more
